Exclusive BBC Gardeners' World Magazine horticultural Masterclasses
Cut flowers Masterclass at The Savill Garden, 2018 & 2019
We invited Gardeners' World Magazine readers to join us for an exclusive day at The Savill Garden for a two-hour masterclass on growing the perfect cut flower with BBC Gardeners' World Magazine Associate Editor, David Hurrion. Our guests then enjoyed a special talk on the history and planting of the gardens from Keeper of the Gardens John Anderson, followed by plenty of leisure time to explore the magnificent 35-acre grounds.
I really loved the workshop this week. Both David and John were knowledgeable, interesting and engaging. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived with coffee and pastries and I feel that the whole day was good value for money. I would definitely be interested in another of these events next year.Loved the goody bag and the 10% off at the shop was also appreciated!Thank you so much.Sarah
Masterclass with Associate Editor, David Hurrion
I'm writing to say what a fantastic time I had last Thursday at the Pruning Masterclass at Savil Garden. I live in Windsor and had never been around Savil Garden so to be given a guided tour was brilliant. The masterclass in the afternoon was also brilliant. I learnt so much and it was fun and informative. I now have to forget my pre-learnt habits when pruning. Really looking forward to going on another Gardeners World event.
