Solanum tuberosum 'International Kidney' is a first early potato, bearing delicious waxy tubers with very thin skin that rarely needs peeling. It's a good choice for forcing in a bag for an early crop in late-spring. The tubers are perfect for using as new potatoes and also in salads.
