Lonicera 'Mandarin' is a vigorous, deciduous climber producing vibrant orange flowers from June to August, that will quickly cover a wall or fence. New foliage is a rich bronze colour, before maturing to deep green. The Royal Horticultural Society has given it its prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM).

For best results plant Lonicera 'Mandarin' in moist but well-drained soil. Honeysuckle can be prone to mildew and aphids – to prevent this grow up a north-facing wall or fence so the roots are kept in the shade but the foliage can grow into the sun.
