Hypericum x inodorum is a lovely, summer-flowering hypericum with cheery yellow blooms, colourful fruits, aromatic foliage and good autumn colour.

Hypericum x inodorum 'Magical Universe' is a compact, rust-resistant variety with rich orange-yellow flowers followed by glossy maroon-coloured berries set against dark bronze-green foliage. Cutting it back hard each year in late winter will keep it compact and ensure a good display of flowers and berries.

For best results, grow Hypericum x inodorum 'Magical Universe' in moist, well-drained soil in full sun or shade.
