Heucheras are native to the woodlands of North America. They tend to grow in dense clumps and have brightly coloured foliage. They thrive in shade and make great groundcover plants. While plants are mainly grown for their foliage, inconspicuous flowers in summer add to their charm.
Heuchera 'Delta Dawn' produces slightly rounded leaves with dazzling gold and lime-green colouring and red veining. White bell flowers appear on tall stems in summer. It's ideal for growing at the front of a shady border, and is also a fantastic choice for growing in a pot. For best results grow Heuchera 'Delta Dawn' in moist but well-drained soil in partial shade.
