Hamamelis x intermedia is a cross between Chinese witch hazel (Hamamelis mollis) and Japanese witch hazel (Hamamelis japonica). ‘Savill Starlight’ bears showy, ribbon-like yellow flowers in late winter, and has good autumn colour.
For best results, grow ‘Savill Starlight’ in well-drained, slightly acidic soil in full sun to part shade.
