Viticella clematis typically have bell-shaped, nodding flowers. They are tough, fast-growing and hardy, and are ideal for growing through trees and bushes. Clematis 'Minuet' is a free-flowering and vigorous climber, growing to around 350cm in height, and shows good resistance to clematis wilt.

Flowers of Clematis 'Minuet' are small, with four white, blunt-tipped tepals with purple-red veined margins and green-yellow stamens. It's perfect for growing up a pergola or sturdy obelisk in a large herbaceous border, or allowed to scramble through trees or large shrubs. It also makes a good companion to climbing and shrub roses.

'Minuet' is in Pruning Group Three. Simply cut stems back to the lowest pair of buds in February or March.
