Clematis armandii 'Snowdrift' is a vigorous, evergreen clematis, bearing a profusion of sweetly scented, star-shaped pure white flowers from March to April. It's perfect for growing against a sunny west or south-facing wall. Evergreen, it retains its glossy mid-green leaves throughout the year.

Grow Clematis armandii 'Snowdrift' in moist but well-drained soil in a sheltered, sunny site, out of the way of cold, drying winds. Like all early flowering clematis, Clematis armandii 'Snowdrift' falls into Pruning Group One. Pruning isn't necessary, but to maintain its size cut back after flowering if desired.
