Sweet peppers, or bell peppers, are easy to grow as long as they are given a long growing season and plenty of warm summer sunshine. The fruit are green when immature but turn brilliant colours as they develop. Capsicum annum 'Redskin' is a is a compact sweet pepper, ideal for growing on a windowsill or in pots on the patio. The medium-sized shiny green fruit turns brilliant red as it matures.
