Arisaema tortuosum is a very tall growing, shade-loving Arisaema, with lovely mottled stems and a large green spathe. It’s perfect for a moist woodland border or a container display for a shady corner, or as part of an exotic display that's in shade for all or part of the day.

Grow Arisaema tortuosum in moist soil in partial to full shade, planting the tuber about 25cm in the soil. Water in dry conditions. Add a thick layer of mulch in autumn to protect the tuber from frost. Find out more in our Arisaema grow guide.
