Allium 'His Excellency' bears pink, globe-shaped flower heads of star-shaped florets, in late spring to early summer. It's a fantastic choice for sunny borders, and works well when planted in drifts with ornamental grasses and other alliums. It makes a wonderful cut flower.
For best results, grow Allium 'His Excellency' in well-drained soil in full sun. Plant bulbs in fertile, well-drained soil up to three times their diameter.
