Nutracheck weight loss: 10st

As a younger man, Steve loved to explore the countryside with his wife. But as the years passed, and the weight piled on, he found himself unable to walk even a few steps without succumbing to painful arthritis.

“I was 61 and could hardly walk, even with a stick,” recalls Steve, who at his heaviest weighed 23st 5lbs. “I was also taking three types of medication to control blood pressure, and statins to control cholesterol levels.”
