Sitting majestically on the shores of the Menai Strait, this Grade I listed garden offers breathtaking views of Eryri (Snowdonia). Its mild climate allows a wide range of plants to flourish, from rhododendrons and magnolias to rare southern hemisphere specimens in the arboretum. The terraces provide a succession of colour, from spring tulips through to dahlias and salvias into autumn. Look out for red squirrels in the woods, and watch the diverse birdlife from the two hides.
