This constantly evolving garden features many plants that love its mild, damp climate, including primulas, bamboos, blue Himalayan poppies, acers, rhododendrons and magnolias. A spring-fed stream flows around the garden with its colourful summer borders, living willow sculptures, peat beds, vegetable plot, gravel terraces, formal raised pool and sunken garden with many tender and exotic gems.
