Step back in time nearly 2,000 years in this recreated formal Roman garden. Carefully replanted to its original plan, it features box hedging and espalier fruit trees. In the plant display area you’ll find herbs, fruit and vegetables of the period, with explanations of how they were used in cooking, medicine and dyeing.
