Owned by Alfred Lord Tennyson in the 1800s, this walled garden has been restored in the spirit of the eminent poet.A keen gardener, Tennyson preferred a naturalistic style, and his garden was said to have flowers in wild profusion, among vegetables, quince and apple trees. So relax and soak up its tranquil beauty, and see if it inspires the poet in you too.
