Beautiful medieval-style gardens include a walled herb garden filled with more than 50 culinary, aromatic and medicinal plants that were in common cultivation in the medieval period. You can also explore the vineyard, hedge maze and rose garden, as well as the bowling green surrounded by flowers and shrubs grown in this country before 1600. There is also a wild boar park, observation beehive, rare-breed sheep, and falconry displays.
