Recreating the original 17th-century setting, these formal gardens are beautifully positioned on the shores of Lough Derg on the river Shannon. They feature a rose garden, three walled enclosures containing geometric plantings, and a walled organic kitchen garden full of vegetables, herbs and flowers.
